We investigated in depth other properties we had considered, and this led us to secure this 3 bedroom property at $1M prior to auction. A great deal for our client! Reason of purchase: Primary Residence Location:  Rosser Street - Balmain Property journey: Unfortunately, the clients under CH consultation did miss out prior on two lovely homes to other highly competitive buyers. This can happen when a ‘bull’ market break thresholds of sensible valuations. CH frames a discipline to client needs and follows protocols accordingly to ensure value is delivered to clients. Success was found though at the private viewing in late November 2013 at Rosser St, Balmain and an offer was submitted immediately on site. After a series of back & forth negotiations with the vendor and against an off-shore buyer, the property was finally secured at $1,150,000. While this was above their initial budget, it was agreed that the large 3 bedroom home had greater scope for renovations including a garage and adding an extra storey.
