Ben recognised his passion for real estate at a very young age, undertaking a Bachelor of Building Construction and Property at the University of New South Wales. Ben has always believed in and loved realestate; it is his passion.
After successful completion of his Bachelor degree, Ben was employed by the public company Charter Hall, Australia’s Leading Property Funds Management and Development Company. Whilst employed by Charter Hall, he was responsible for the development of exclusive high end residential and large scale commercial properties within Sydney and Brisbane.
Ben left the corporate environment to pursue greater opportunities and engage his entrepreneurial skills. Ben’s desire to establish CohenHandler buyers agents stemmed from his passion for real estate, his entrepreneurial spirit, and his drive to engage with clients on a deeper level and maximise their satisfaction from a real estate transaction. Ben wanted to develop relationships that would endure more than a single transaction; he wanted longevity and trust with his relationships.

Simon has worked within the Sydney Real Estate market for 8 years. He has spent the majority of this time with the Ray White sales office in Double Bay, Sydney. At Ray White, Simon was consistently ranked within the top 5 sales agents within the office, ultimately achieving “Top 3%” of agents Australia wide. He consistently won awards as the company’s top income producer, and the office’s high achiever. Simon’s sales property profile covered properties valued between $1 million $30 million. In 2008, Simon achieved the highest price paid for an apartment in Sydney, as well as securing $22.5 million for a waterfront property; this same property still retains one of the area’s highest prices.
Throughout his time in the industry he has developed extensive networks; often facilitating sales prior to public listing, ensuring ultimate satisfaction for the buyer. Simon’s desire to establish CohenHandler buyers agents is from his belief that he has the knowledge, experience, capability and drive to provide a superior service to the market; a service the market is demanding, but is currently unavailable. He has the desire to develop a brand that the market associates with superior service, exceptional properties, and client trust and satisfaction.
My aim is to build long term, durable relationships with our clients – ensuring they enjoy the real estate process, access the properties that sell off-market and always pay the best price.

Geoff has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years, and was Principal of one of the Eastern Suburb’s leading agencies. He has a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial development. His experience, combined with his market knowledge and reputation for honesty and integrity, enables him to deliver a premium service to his clients. Geoff adds a synergy to the CohenHandler team in focusing on client’s requirements, building good working relationships and achieving their real estate objectives.

Robert has had the privilege to work within some of the most successful real estate offices both in Sydney and also in London where he set new records for his agency. Additionally Robert has six years auction experience, developing an understanding of the techniques and strategies used by auctioneers.
With excellent interpersonal skills, Robert can understand the specific needs of his clients and action their requirements into the best possible outcomes. Tom is currently completing his degree in Property Economics at the University of Technology, Sydney.

An expert negotiator and someone who knows leases inside and out, Leon is a key player to have on your side when trying to secure a new premises and negotiate the best price. Leon over the years has established and developed excellent relationships with the commercial agents across the eastern suburbs and CBD fringe. Due to increasing demand and opportunities to represent and add value to tenants, Leon is now available to provide his expert knowledge and expertise in his capacity as a commercial strategist and negotiator rather than as a Lawyer.

A local of gorgeous Coogee Beach in Sydney’s vibrant eastern suburbs & educated at Waverley College, Alex’s passion for sporting competition & his tenacious attitude won him a place in the 2003 NSW & Australian Schoolboy teams.
Alex’s keen interest for property lead him to a career in Real Estate beginning with a large company with over 2000 properties under management. It wasn’t long before that same tenacious attitude coupled with Alex’s ability to listen to client’s needs and act appropriately was recognised and he rose swiftly through the ranks earning Property Manager of the year in 2010. Alex went on to be a Senior Property Manager then Business Development manager. After many years in the industry and immersing himself in all aspects of the property management business, Alex joined CohenHandler, where he shared the same passion, client focussed outcomes and results shared by directors, Ben and Simon. Henry is enthusiastic and has a deep seated devotion to real estate. He is currently completing his degree in Economics majoring in psychology at Sydney University.
